CCP agreed that cyno jammers were imbalanced a month and a half ago, while we were doing "well" against BoB offensively. Thankfully, they don't agree that we're "whining", because they understand from a balance perspective that they are broken.
Why don't you blackmail CCP and write an open petition about it? Oh wait...
